2007 Ohio Special three pass wet back packaged firetube boiler designed for 150 psi MAWP. Unit is for firing 8,369 mbh natural gas with 2 lbs. inlet pressure. Units have a rated output of 6,900 lbs. of steam per hour from and at 212 degrees F. or 200 HP. Unit includes the following:

• McDonnell & Miller 158 primary low water cut off and pump control.
• McDonnel & Miller 750 secondary low water cut off probe type with manual reset
• Safety valves set 150 psi - shipped loose
• Power Flame Forced Draft Gas Burner Model C8-G-30 mounted at the factory
• Full modulating firing sequence
• Low Fire Hold
• Flame safeguard control RM7840L
• Requirements of FM insurance
• Gas train and all systems piped and wired
• High and Low gas pressure switches
• (2) 2" quick opening and (1) 2" slow opening blowdown valves (mounted)
• 4" Non-Return #28-E and 4" OS&Y valves (non-return is tapped for free blow drain)
• 8" x 4" x 36" spool piece
• 1-1/4" boiler feedwater stop & check valve (mounted)
• 3/4" Electric feedwater valve with 1" bypass (mounted)
