1977 Model three pass wet back packaged firetube boiler burner unit designed for 250 PSI steam pressure. Unit is for firing 7,323 CFH natural gas with a maximum of 10 lb. inlet pressure, minimum 3 lb., and 52 GPH #2 fuel oil. Unit has a rated output of 6,037 LBS. of pressure per hour from and at 212 degrees F. or 175 H.P. Unit includes the following:
- 1. M&M 194 primary low water cut off and pump control with #5M switch.
- 2. Penberthy reflex gauge glass
- 3. Magnetrol secondary low water cut off.
- 4. Safety valves set . - shipped loose
- 5. Full modulating firing sequence.
- 6. Flame safeguard control Fireye EP160 w/ED500 display.
- 7. Manual potentiometer.
- 8. Stack thermometer.
- 9. 2-1/2” Gas train w/ regulator and (2) Honeywell gas valves piped and wired.
- 10. High and Low gas pressure switches.
- 11. Collector pipe for continuous blowdown, with ½” metering valve mounted & piped.
- 12. 4” steam outlet nozzle.
- 13. (1) Quick and (1) slow opening blowdown valves – mounted.
- 14. Feedwater inlet gate valve.
- 15. All blowdown piping mounted & piped to common discharge point.
