Our Story
Founded in 1981 as a family company by Robert and Gayle Johnson in Cleveland, Ohio, Boiler Specialists services commercial and industrial boilers in the Cleveland area. Their relentless commitment to excellence and hard work quickly grew the company and its reputation in the area. Now second generation owned, the company is one of the largest boiler contractors in northern Ohio.
Boiler Specialists was founded on the idea that customers should receive high quality service and due to that commitment, many of our customers have remained with the company for 30+ years.
Our headquarters is currently located in the Flats of Cleveland that we moved into in 2006 from our original location in order to expand our space and capabilities as a service contractor. This has allowed us to stock more parts and equipment as well as employ more team members to better serve our customers. We also have remote sales people in the Columbus Ohio area to better serve the area as we continue to expand and grow.
Where We Are Going
We realize in this digital age of information and on demand service we need to ever evolve to better serve our existing customers and to attract new ones. That is why we are committed to training our team members on the skills it takes to provide quality customer service to deliver the results our customers expect.
We have also committed to investing in the local high schools and trades schools to show young people a path other than a formal college degree that can offer a rewarding career in a field of expertise that will always be in demand in America.
